Provider Performance Dashboards

Cenpatico believes that we cannot improve what we cannot measure. With that in mind, we have established some measures to help our provider agencies improve their services in key areas. These key indicators help us measure areas that are important to us, our participants and our stakeholders. Provider Performance Dashboards were developed, with input from participants and stakeholders, to allow for providers, participants and stakeholders to access these key performance indicators. The following are key performance measures tracked by Cenpatico of Arizona:

  • Member Satisfaction with Provider – Adult
  • Member Satisfaction with Provider – Youth
  • Complaints per 1,000
  • 30 Day Readmission Rate
  • Peer Support Ratio
  • Family Support Ratio
  • Race Served by Provider
  • Adult Employment
  • Children Enrolled in School
  • Percent of Demographics Accepted
  • Percent of Demographics Received Timely
  • Average Age Claims Paid
  • Average Answer Time
