Provider Performance Dashboards

Cenpatico believes that we cannot improve what we cannot measure. With that in mind, we have established some measures to help our provider agencies improve their services in key areas. These key indicators help us measure areas that are important to us, our participants and our stakeholders. Provider Performance Dashboards were developed, with input from participants and stakeholders, to allow for providers, participants and stakeholders to access these key performance indicators. The following are key performance measures tracked by Cenpatico of Arizona:

  • Access to intake Agencies and Pharmacies
  • Average Age Claims Paid

  • Adult Employment
  • Member Satisfaction with Provider – Youth
  • Member Satisfaction with Provider – Adult

Cenpatico of Arizona is committed to monitoring the performance of it‘s providers to ensure the quality of service delivered to our participants and our communities.

Cenpatico is always looking for the voice of the community in our programs, services and reporting.
